Free for Chubbies! A Paleo Answer!

Really, who wants to be a "Chubbie"??

Especially, a girl?  


The modern solution is... exercise more, and eat less.  Mainly, less fat.  Eat lots of healthy whole grains, skim milk, breakfast cereal with skim milk, and whole grain bread with margarine.


Does that sound as typical as I think it does, and given my current mindset, does it sound as stupid as it really is?  I think it does...


So, if you don't want to be a CHUBBIE, what should you do?

It is really quite simple:

1.  Stop eating grains.  No bread, no cereal, no crackers, no snack cakes- NO!
2. Stop eating sugar.  Think of sugar as what it really is- poison.   Would you sprinkle rattlesnake venom on your food?  NO!


Actually, for a  90% improvement in your overall health, not to mention your anti-chubbiness, this is enough.  REALLY!


No grains, no sugar= No Chubbies!


If you want to dial it up a notch, just eliminate that pasteurized skim milk (aka "sugar"), and the industrial seed oils (margarine, Crisco, corn and soy and all the other fake fats)....

Now, not only will you not be a Chubbie, but you are on the road to being a slim, vibrant HEALTHIE!


Start making a morning paleo smoothie in your Vitamix, and you are on your way to being a superhuman!  Nutrition is really way over half of the battle!


If you just make sure that everything that passes your lips is real food, as God made it, you will be on your way to complete health... and UNchubbiness!
