Ancestral Living and YOUR Tribe! PaleoJay's Smoothie Cafe Podcast



There is a modern phenomenon in modern times, at least in the advanced, complex, high intelligence European world: the indiscriminate importing of Low IQ populations into Western European civilization.

Think about this from an ancestral perspective:

You live in a tribe in northern Europe, but it could be virtually anywhere in the world.  (I just use northern Europe to keep it relatable, since my listeners and readers are vastly of that ancestry.)
Your tribe, as all tribes are, is incredibly focused on defense of its borders, and maintaining its territory!  The world is an incredibly hostile place, and evolution has programmed you to be so focused.
Unfortunately, an Evil King has taken over your lands, and oredered you to aquiesce to his evil dictates!  (In England and Germany this would be an Evil Queen in the present day.)

Dictate number one, crazily: is to take into your tribal lands people who have been your enemies since time immemorial!  Those who have fought you for centuries, who hate you, and only want to turn your people into slaves.  Let’s call them Muslims.

But, in addition- the evil rulers also want you to take into your country, not only your hereditary enemies- but also- LOW IQ PEOPLE FROM COUNTRIES THAT HAVE NO CONCEPT WHATSOEVER OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION- AND, who could not even comprehend it if they did.  Parasites.

Also, in the ultimate in ridiculousness, your evil rulers have put into place a Welfare System- a system where, unbelievably really- those low intelligence people from starving countries that are brought into you tribal homelands, are given all they need for free!  No work necessary, although for the native tribal people, work is mandatory.  What the natives produce is taken by force, and given to these low IQ PARASITES,  because that is what the evil queens have decreed.

Does any of this sound familiar, despite how ridiculous it seems overall??

Well welcome to our modern, Western, pathologically altruistic world!  For that, unfortunately, is where we are today.  The Western, civilized, European world is being doomed by its own patholigically altruistic nature.  Let me explain:

Eons ago, some humans moved northwards from Africa, mixing with Neanderthals.  With light skin, higher intelligence, and other advantages, they set out to survive the northern winters.

While their brethren back in Africa evolved physically for the hunt, those who had moved (and mixed) in the north, evolved to plan, think, and thus survive!  Those that did not plan, or think- died out.  Those that did- lived to breed, have large families, and survive- even in a harsh environment!

This is your European tribe.  In spite of all odds, over time- they did very well- very well indeed!  By evolving to their harsh environment, they learned to not only survive, but to cooperate.

For, especially during the Ice Ages, when survival chances were at their worst- it turned out that those tribes, and people who could cooperate, who could feel the stirrings of altruism and compassion were thus ennabled to survive the incredibly strenuous and awful hardness of these ages of ice and snow.

They learned to cooperate in the hunt, taking down mammoths with primitive weapons of flint attached to wooden spears, and then butchering them with the same flint blades for dispersement to the European tribes that required this nutritiion!  And this was no small thing, not at all.

Meanwhile, back in Africa, back in the easy southern climes, things were very different: the hunt, along with the gathering, was available constantly.  Unfortunately, endless warfare was also an option, so black tribal aggression never had to stop, since cooperation, altruism, and compassion were all viewed as fool’s errands in such an easy land, where only physical might determined who ( and who’s people) survived!

Fast forward thousands of years:

The whites, who mixed with the Neanderthals with their larger brains (from being northern dwellers dealing with planning and adversity), evolved into more intelligent beings.  From the 8th century BC to the 1950’s- they made 98% of the scientific and technological discoveries of the modern age!!

The Asians did alright as well, since they also, given their more northern clime, were forced to plan and adapt.  But, since they had far less Neanderthal DNA, and were also admixed with Denisovan stock- for whatever reason, they did not have the ability to innovate like the Whites did.  But they survived, and thrived- actually, almost too much, since their numbers were far too much!

The Present:

Hordes, hundreds of thousands of low IQ southerners are being imported into the North!  They are coming, not for freedom, or any other reason than this-

Free stuff from White People!!

Since we are from a cooperative, compassionate (especially in the case of our women) society: We Welcome Them!

Thousands of years ago, we would instantly have recognized them as INVADERS!

For that is what they are, obviously.  They don’t want to “join our tribe”, they really can’t, given their low intellect.  They want us to give them what we have, that is the bottom line!

And so- don’t be politically ‘corrrect’!  These Southron invaders are the enemy.  Deal with it as a real Northron!  As a defender of Western Civilization!!

Socialism is a cancer, and really an Invasion.  You support it, and you are supporting the extermination of your Tribe, your Tribe of Western Civilization, which is the LIGHT OF THE WORLD! 

Literally.  If white people, Europeans, are eliminated:  So is Civilization.

Exercise for Those Who Don't! PJSC




Let’s say you don’t exercise- most adults don’t!  In fact, about 80% don’t exercise at all…  Perhaps this goes a long way in explaining just why Americans (and other western countries) are so fat, sick, and nearly dead.  (But they sure can watch long binges of Netflix!!)  

Here is the thing: exercise is essential, not optional.  Just like getting a proper diet, our environment has changed vastly since we were hunter gatherers, or even small family farmers and housewives.  Or, for that matter, from how it was even just a few short decades ago, when just to earn our livelihoods entailed quite a bit of physical work, and using the strength of our bodies to get by.  In other words, for most of human history- exercise was built into our lives!  

Not tons of endless cardio as was espoused just in the 70’s and 80’s, (which mainly destroyed joints and muscle), or violent sports such as football, (which also destroyed lots of joints and other body parts).  No- sports are not exercise.  This is an elusive concept really: for introverted types, who hate spectator sports by and large, they really don’t want to ‘do sports’, thinking that this is necessary to ‘exercise’.  

It isn’t, in fact it is quite the opposite!  Sports destroy exercise results, exploiting it while tearing it down through over-exertion and injury.  (Average pro football players die in their early 50’s).  Also, they lost muscle mass during the season, while they drive their bodies to destruction.  Sports are kind of like warfare- win at all costs- including yourself!

Exercise is like nutrition- slow and steady wins the race!  In fact, I will go so far as to say that most successful, lifelong exercisers- are those who don’t participate in organized sports, and just build exercise into their lives, enjoying the lifelong resulting health benefits.  It actually helps to not have a competitive bone in your body!

I have exercised my entire adult life, from when I was starting college at 18 on.  To me, it was simply a logical choice.  While I fell slightly into the ‘long distance running’ delusion early on, I never ran more than a few miles at a time.  I could see that it diminished muscle mass, thus destroying my hard-won strength gains!

Now I am 66, and exercise daily for about an hour or so, sometimes more sometimes less.  When I hike, or cut and move wood, or go skiing or a hundred and one other physical things- this is not exercise.  When I exercise, I make the movement as hard as possible.  When I do physical work- I make it as easy as possible, even if sometimes it is quite physically taxing.  Physical work is about efficiency, just like sports!

How do I do it?  Do I force myself??  No.  I just do it, daily- I feel so much better with it, that I hate to miss!  

Here is how you can do likewise:

When you first awaken, do stretches and mobility movements, I wouldn’t even call them ‘exercise’.   I go to my bathroom, shut the door, and begin by stretching from one side to the other while standing.  (You probably already do this, most animals do as well)!

Next, I methodically rotate each part of my body a few movements both clockwise and counter clockwise, to ‘wake each joint up’, and get the synovial fluid within the joints lubricating.  This also helps to gently awaken you, and so encourage you to methodically go through each region of your body likewise.  

Within a few minutes, you will feel totally awake and energized, ready to tackle your day!  For a video of this, see my ebook Perfectly Paleo Exercise

It will run you through all the basics.

But for now- just stop with that!!  It is really a huge step just to have rewakened the body you were given in your childhood.  Just enjoy the feeling, and thing about how it feels to have an awakened, aware physical body!  

Just as with nutrition, once begun is half done.  Have a good breakfast today, perhaps scrambled eggs and sausage, or maybe just a little sprinkled in cheese or onions.  Skip the toast, now and forever.  

That’s it: you are on your way.  

Next step: park 2 blocks away from work, or if it is the store, so be it- 2 blocks!  

Now, just build on this, incrementally- more mobility in the morning with stretching, perfect breakfast (and then lunch and supper), and perhaps more walking after dinner.  

Next week, add in pushups, stretching, and situps in front of the TV before you make breakfast!  Not a ton, just a few minutes, and then, as you get stronger and fitter, more the next day of week…

Get it??  YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO LIFELONG EXERCISE, HEALTH AND FITNESS!!

Stay Away From Doctors, Dentists, and Hospitals pqtd podcast # 1 of season 9!



Veterinarians too!  I know that to most folks this statement seems extreme, irresponsible, and downright crazy.  And, if it does to you, it means you are one of the indoctrinated, and I would encourage you to think it through, and give me the suspension of your disbelief for a little while.

Every time you go to the doctor, you will be recommended (actually, pretty much ordered to undergo a plethora of tests and ‘services’, where your blood is tested, blood pressure taken, cholesterol measured, and dozens of other procedures that will absolutely insist that you are on the brink of death, or at least of severe diseases!  

I don’t care who you are, or how healthy and wonderful you felt when you arrived at the clinic- these tests prove that you need lots of expensive medications, possibly a surgery or two, and some very expensive procedures that will cost you, or your insurance, or medicare, or someone tons of money.  All payable to that hospital, doctor, and clinic, thank you very much!

For instance: last year they changed the blood pressure guidelines.  Where a few years ago, 160- 100 was considered pre-hypertension, and even higher was OK if you were over 60, now they have lowered the first diastolic number first to 140, then 130- and now 120!  And, advanced age be damned- that means everyone has high blood pressure, for grade schoolers to seniors.  So- want to buy some meds??  

You also need statins, you know those medicines that lower cholesterol- cholesterol, which is actually one important tool used by the body to repair damage??  Why would you want to lower an important bodily component such as that?  And with another (expensive) drug, just loaded with side effects, like muscle wasting, heart damage, muscle pain, and the list goes on.  

So, I hope you are seeing a pattern here:  They all want to sell you stuff!    Never is addressing the root cause mentioned, except with useless outdated advice to ‘eat less fat, eggs, and red meat’, and ‘eat less calories’.  Very bad advice indeed.  Oh, and ‘lower your salt consumption’- only valid for a tiny minority of people who are salt sensitive.  

Be your own doctor, it is the only thing that actually works.  Cut sugars, not fat!  Eat more fat, in fact, and more red meat.  Don’t eat vegetable oils like margarine or corn oil or canola or soy or any other of those poisons.  Mainly, eat animal sources of food, and if you can handle greens, eat them as well.  (Be aware that plant foods are loaded with protective chemicals produced by the plant itself, to prevent it from being eaten).  Like oxalates, which cause kidney stones, and prevent your body from utilizing the many minerals within them.  Spinach, beet greens- these are vegetables that just aren’t worth consuming.  Kidney stones can result, and I am here to tell you they are incredibly painful!

Exercise daily, and no marathon sessions of ‘cardio’, just short bursts of what I call Perfectly Paleo Exercise.  Strength building, stretching, and getting out in the natural world- these things build true strength, health, and fitness.  Gyms are another place to avoid- do it yourself, at home and outside.

If you start by cutting sugars and grains, and eating meat and fat along with green smoothies, your health will improve dramatically, inside and out.  And then you will never need any prescription drugs, for anything, as long as you don’t go in and get sold on some by the snake oil doctor you visit.  Remember- Doctors don’t usually read the latest scientific literature and studies at all.  They learn what they ‘should’ give you by the drug reps that come to visit them, bearing gifts, i.e. Bribes.  

You will find that you will no longer have tooth or gum issues, either- a good paleo type of diet will send such issues into remission, despite what any dentist will tell you.  In addition, if you have wonderful nutrition, uncomplicated by the side effects of drugs- you also will be mentally healthy.  Depression will not haunt you, and remember that drug side-effects are what often causes depression.

Even veterinarians:  did you know that once your dog or cat gets the rabies vaccine, they are safe for life.  Each subsequent vaccination is just a way to get you to bring your pet in, and get you to pay another huge bill.  Most pet vaccines are unnecessary for normal animals living in a household, and each one is not only expensive, but hazardous to the animal’s health.  

Just as are human vaccines!  Don’t get me started on the endless, combined, mercury laden vaccines on infants- awful!  AND the absolutely non-science based flu vaccine, which has almost no efficacy against the flu (since no one knows the current strains that might pop up), and many side effects, like headaches, depression, and vomitting.

Caveat Emptor- buyer beware!  For you are, after all a buyer in the doctoring environment.  They don’t do anything for free, and it is their advantage- always- to upsell you!  There are wonderful medical people, just as there are in all other fields- but, there are awful charlatans as well, not only in other fields like used car salesmen and card sharks, but also in the most renumerative field of all: Medicine.
